Network4, the largest independent media and television group in Hungary, has chosen Singula Decisions, the subscriber growth specialists, to boost growth of its subscription-based over-the-top (OTT) service Arena4+.
Launched in August 2020, Arena4 broadcasts a huge variety of sports content including Bundesliga, EFL Championship, MotoGP, NFL, NHL, PDC Darts and more. Since it’s launch Arena4+ has been available to watch in both standard definition and high definition on the Vodafone TV service.
The company wanted a provider with extensive domain experience to provide consultancy services and support them to acquire, retain and grow their subscriber base.

To compliment the linear channel, we have recently launched Arena4+ as a SVoD service which helps us deal with fixture clashes whilst also providing enhanced TV features such as multi-camera modes. Singula Decisions will work with Network4 to develop:
- Customer acquisition campaigns to engage customers in paid subscription services
- Develop best practice initiatives for long-term subscriber growth
- Profile subscribers to prevent churn and find actionable cohorts
- Develop anti-churn campaigns to drive subscriber retention and growth
