London, 28 March, 2019 – Singula Decisions, the subscriber intelligence specialist, today announced that its AI-driven subscriber intelligence platform has been shortlisted for the NAB Show 2019 edition of the IABM BaM Awards® in the Monetize category. The IABM BaM Awards® celebrate outstanding technological innovations that deliver real business and creative benefits; and are widely recognized as the gold standard for rewarding broadcast and media innovation.

Built on the Microsoft Azure platform, Singula® Subscriber Intelligence provides subscriber intelligence and next best actions that empower pay-TV operators and over-the-top (OTT) providers to take a more informed, data-driven approach to customer engagement. The platform leverages AI and machine learning to proactively build subscriber loyalty, grow revenues and win new customers. It has already been tested by a number of leading broadcasters as part of a beta trial, including Ireland’s eir Sport, Racing TV and ITV Box Office, the pay-per-view live events arm of Britain’s leading commercial broadcaster.

“We are thrilled to have Singula® Subscriber Intelligence shortlisted for the IABM BaM Awards® 2019 ahead of NAB Show,” says Bhavesh Vaghela, Singula Decisions’ Chief Executive. “It is great having this recognition when we are preparing to debut the platform in the US. Going forward, being able to use subscriber intelligence to drive better, more targeted and personalised customer engagement will be critical for pay-TV and OTT service providers aiming to gain a competitive advantage.”

Singula Decisions will be showcasing Singula® Subscriber Intelligence at NAB Show on the Microsoft stand (SL6716) in the Las Vegas Convention Centre April 6th-11th. It will demonstrate how the platform enables TV service providers to draw on available customer data in real time – including billing, demographic and behavioural details – to gain a full view of each subscriber at key stages of the customer journey and then identify the ‘next best action’ that strengthens the customer relationship.
