Only a few weeks ago, we launched Singula® Subscriber Intelligence to the market, our AI-driven platform for pay-TV and OTT providers. It allows operators to take an intelligent, data-driven approach to acquire new customers, grow revenues and reduce churn. The platform helps operators to understand their subscribers and determine the next best action they should take to take to keep their customers happy. It can be used alongside any CRM and billing platform to advance analytics capabilities and gain that competitive edge.

Brand New Insight from European Operators
Recently, we commissioned Ben Keen, former Chief Analyst and Vice President of Technology, Media and Telecommunications at IHS Markit to understand how operators in Europe and the US are truly using data insight and analytics to improve the overall customer journey, compared to where they want to be and what today’s consumer expects. There will be a sneak peak of the European side of the research at our CEO, Bhavesh Vaghela’s panel session ‘Growing an OTT Service – How to engage and retain customers and manage expanding operations’ tomorrow at 15:30 (CEST) in the Content Everywhere Hub, so make sure to attend.
